This is a newly acquired position. I currently work on the service desk as a form of 1st line support to our customers, and look forward to build a career with Zenzero.

Discus Systems was my first place of work, which I started shortly after leaving school. This is where I learnt all of my IT Skills and Customer Service practices, moving on from an apprenticeship initially, into a full time role after 11 months.
During my time at Discus, I vastly expanded my knowledge within Windows Server and Managed Services - Since we provided our own hosted email service to customers, alongside an in-house developed anti-spam service.
