This is a recently acquired position, following my past position at Discus Systems. I currently work on the Service Desk as a form of 1st line support to our customers. While still very new to the company, I look forward to building a thriving a career with Zenzero.

Discus Systems was my first place of work, of which I started shortly after leaving school in 2015. This is where I learnt the majority of my IT Skills and Customer Service practices, moving on from an apprenticeship initially, into a full time role after 11 months.
During my time at Discus, I vastly expanded my knowledge within Windows Server and Managed Services, branching into Security and Cloud Services towards the latter end of my career at Discus.
