About Me


During business hours, I work as a Service Desk Analyst at Zenzero Solutions providing IT Support Services to a number of large and small businesses, ensuring maximum uptime alongside customer satisfaction.

During my spare time, I like to expand my knowledge in other areas of IT - This can range from configuring home server enviroments to learning my way around Web Developement.

In my remaining spare time, I enjoy piloting consumer level drones around the country, shooting 4K rural video and still images.

This is a recently acquired position, following my past position at Discus Systems. I currently work on the Service Desk as a form of 1st line support to our customers. While still very new to the company, I look forward to building a thriving a career with Zenzero.

Helpdesk Engineer

@Discus Systems // August 2015 - November 2017

Discus Systems was my first place of work, of which I started shortly after leaving school in 2015. This is where I learnt the majority of my IT Skills and Customer Service practices, moving on from an apprenticeship initially, into a full time role after 11 months.

During my time at Discus, I vastly expanded my knowledge within Windows Server and Managed Services, branching into Security and Cloud Services towards the latter end of my career at Discus.

3AAA was my college of choice that I attended alongside my apprenticeship at Discus Systems. During this time, I achieved a Diploma and Extended Diploma.

Heart of England Business and Enterprise School

GCSE Level Education // 2010 - 2015

Heart of England is where I spent my 5 years of secondary school level education. During my time at Heart of England, I achieved 8 GCSE Level Qualifications.
